15-Day Full Refund or Replacement
You can return your order for a one-time exchange of equal or lesser value, or request a full refund within 15 days of receipt. (Returns for 3+ pairs will incur a fee.)
365-Day Quality Guarantee
Products with noticeable craftsmanship defects are eligible for a one-time replacement within 12 months.
Returns & Replacements Policy
1. Store credits and replacement pairs are nonrefundable.
2. The 15-Day Full Refund and Replacement Guarantee and the 365-Day Quality Guarantee do not cover damage or return requests caused by accidents, negligence, or improper care.
3. To request a refund or replacement, you must first contact our customer service team, then ship the item(s) back, and finally notify our customer service team with the shipping details.
4. Returns for 1-2 pairs are free of restocking fees. Returns for 3+ pairs will incur a 30% restocking fee of the order amount.

STEP 3: Ship Back

STEP 4: Refund or Replacement
You will receive your refund within 48 hours of us receiving the returned item, or if you requested a replacement, we will ship your new eyewear.
