Order Tracking

Track your Olet Optical order with your shipping confirmation email or your customer account. Once your eyewear has shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can follow the delivery status.

How to Track Your Order

We use Shopify’s secure order status page and shipping confirmation emails to help you track your order. No separate tracking app is required at this stage.

Place your order

After checkout, you’ll receive an order confirmation email from Olet Optical. Please keep this email for your records.

Wait for production

Prescription eyewear requires lens processing before shipment. The estimated receiving time includes both processing time and shipping time.

Track your shipment

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Use that link to view delivery updates.

Tracking Updates

Tracking information does not always appear immediately after a package is shipped. This is normal for international shipments.

Tracking may take 24–48 hours

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment. If your tracking link does not show movement right away, please check again later.

International handoff updates

For international shipments, tracking may first update through our logistics partner, and later through the destination country’s local carrier after handoff.

Logged-in Orders vs. Guest Checkout

Shopify handles order history differently depending on whether you placed the order while signed in or as a guest.

Signed-in checkout
If you placed your order while signed in, you can sign in to your account to view your order history and order status.
Guest checkout
If you checked out as a guest, your order may not appear inside the account order history later. In that case, please use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
Verification
If prompted by Shopify’s order status page, you may need to verify your email address or phone number together with your order information to view full order details.
