This Shipping Policy explains how Olet Optical processes, ships, and delivers orders.
1. Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom prescription lenses typically require an additional 3–6 business days.

4. Express Shipping
Express shipping starts from US$56.99. Express shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
5. Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.
6. Delivery Notes
- Shipping times exclude processing time.
- Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.
- Address issues, carrier delays, severe weather, customs inspections, public holidays, and other events beyond our reasonable control may delay delivery.
- Customs clearance delays are outside our control, although we will assist where reasonably possible.
- If you have specific delivery requests, please leave a note at checkout, but we cannot guarantee all requests can be accommodated.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

8. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
9. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your shipment appears significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at help@oletoptical.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate, but carrier investigations and resolutions may take time.
